About the Learnership:
This is a 12-month training program to help you learn practical skills in Human Capital (HR). You’ll get hands-on experience and grow your knowledge while helping Absa’s HR team.

What You’ll Do:

• Support onboarding and offboarding of staff
• Organize employee wellness and training sessions

Who Can Apply:

• Must have a certificate in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies
• Available full-time for 12 months and currently unemployed
• Have a degree or NQF Level 7 in HR or related field
• Good with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Clean criminal record and valid South African ID
